摘要
针对当前工程实际中所需高性能高速、重载齿轮研究制造中所面临的难题 ,分析了高速、重载齿轮材料及热处理状况 ,指出了解决难题的关键在于改进材料 ,采用低温深层硬化或复合表面处理达到高性能齿轮的要求。
High performance gears in modern machines are required to operate at ever increasing torque,heavy load and speed for high power transmission.Individual carburising or nitriding treatments which are effective for conventionally designed gears can no longer fulfil the requirements of combined properties for high fatigue and bending strength,high hot hardness,low wear and friction surface.The difficulties could be solved by improving the gear material and using the duplex surface engineering technique.
