摘要
介绍了ERP系统和成组技术在实际应用中存在的问题 ,针对未来市场动态多变的需求 ,论述了在敏捷制造模式下实现成组技术与ERP系统集成的必要性 ,提出了通过ERP系统的BOM扩展与成组编码系统实现信息集成 ,研究了通过建立重组制造单元实现成组生产组织 ,在建立成组生产单元环境下 ,运用最优化遗传算法理论求出最佳成组批量计划 ,实现在敏捷制造模式下基于成组技术的ERP系统 。
The existing problems of ERP system and Group Technology in practical application are introduced. In the face of dynamic and levity requirements of future markets, the necessity of integrating GT with ERP system in agile manufacturing mode is discussed, and the integration of extended BOM of ERP and GT coding system is put forward. By setting up reconfigurable manufacturing cell, group production organization is realized. Under circumstances of group production cell, the optimization group batch plan is calculated by using inherit arithmetic theory, and ERP system based GT comes true in agile manufacturing mode. It is a good way realizing agile manufacturing for enterprises.
