介绍了M5 0 0 0多轴进给控制器的工作原理及特点 ,提出了以M5 0 0 0为控制核心、工业计算机为系统支撑、数字式交流伺服系统为驱动单元的主从式数控系统。对该主从式数控系统的控制原理、软硬件结构设计作了详尽的阐述。对该主从式数控系统在印制线路板数控钻铣床中的应用作了介绍。

The working principle and characteristics of M5000 multi-axis feed controller is introduced in this paper. Master-slave numerical control system , that uses M5000 to control,industrial computer to support and digital AC servo system to drive ,is presented.The control principle of master-slave numericle control system and the design of software and hardware are discussed in detail.The application of master-slave numerical control system in printed circuit board NC drilling and milling machine is illuminated.
