对集成环境下MRP计算中BOM的研究

The research on the BOM of MRP under the integration environment

如何在集成的环境中构建满足MRP计算所需要的BOM,是CIMS信息集成的关键。本文从分析MRP计算的基本原理入手,指出制造装配顺序是该BOM的本质特征。制造装配顺序是由工艺流程所决定的。以此为出发点,本文提出了一个根据工艺流程构造BOM的原型方法,为解决实际应用中BOM的构造问题提供了基础框架。

Under the integration environment, the MRP's BOM conformation is the critical problem. Afterthe analysis of the BOM's role in the MRP, this article points out that the manufacturingsequence is the key character of the BOM. From the viewpoint of that the manufacturingsequence is depended on the process-flow, a prototype method of BOM conformation basedon the process-flow is given.
