摘要
生态安全是土地可持续利用的基础,土地生态安全评价是土地可持续利用研究的前沿课题。以湖南省个地州市为样本,从年社会经济和土地生态环境压力、土地生态环境质141999量、土地生态环境保护和整治能力等各方面的运行数据中选取人口密度、城镇化水平、人均耕地等个指标,采用均方差客观赋权,从各指标的统计特征值及全国的平均值出发,确定本省的生24态安全评价阈值,计算各地市多指标加权综合评价值,试图对本省土地生态安全进行客观综合S评价。
Ecological security is the base of sustainable land utilization. How to evaluate it? It is an advanced subject of studies on sustainable land utilization for us.Taking 14 prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province for examples,we choose 24 indexes including the population density,the urbanization level,and the personal average cultivated land and so on,which are derived from the prevailing data 0f 1999 about social economy and ecological environmental pressure, ecological environtal quality and ecological environment protection of land,and renovating ability as well.According to Stat.eigenvalue of all indexes and the average in China, this paper adopts meansquare deviation valuation to determine the threshold value of ecological security of Hunan, and to calculate the weighted synthetical evaluation of various indexes of different areas in Hunan, then tries to value the ecological security of land of Hunan objectively and synthetically.evaluation on ecological security of land of different areas in Hvnan.
