摘要
硅灰石、滑石、绢云母与工程塑料ABS复合的系统实验表明 :单一矿物参与复合时 ,矿物晶体产生的形态效应和结构效应对复合材料性能起主要影响作用 ,不同晶体形态和结构的矿物合理组合产生的协同效应对复合材料性能的影响作用更大。复合材料性能优于纯ABS ,多矿物复合材料的性能最优 ,且复合体系的加工性能良好。
The systematic experiment on the combination sericite, wollastonite and talc with engineering plastics ABS(Acrylonitril Butadiene Styrene copolymer) indicated that morphological effect and structural effect originating from mineral crystal have a great influence upon the properties of composite materials while the cooperative effect originating from rational combination of different minerals with specific crystal shape and structure has a greater impact on the properties of composite materials. The properties of composite materials are better than pure ABS, and composite materials with multi mineral are best and have fine processing properties.
