摘要
目的 利用磁共振质子波谱 (1 H MRS)研究缺血后脑组织 γ-氨基丁酸 (γ-aminobutyricacid,GABA)变化的时空规律。方法 健康 SD大鼠 1 4只 ,随机分为 3组。 A组 (4只 ) ,自体血栓栓塞 1 h组 ;B组 (5只 ) ,线栓栓塞 (MCAO) 1 h组 ;C组 (5只 ) ,正常对照组。分别于栓塞后 3 0、40、5 0、60 min行1 H MRS检查 ,半定量分析兴趣区 (regionsof interest,ROIs) GABA的变化。结果 以 GABA与肌酸和磷酸肌酸 (Pcr+Cr)的谱峰积分面积比值为判断指标 ,GABA在兴趣区缺血后先升高 ,后逐渐下降。其中缺血后 5 0 min,GABA/(Pcr+Cr)的比值与缺血后 40 min的比值经统计学检验差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 1 H MRS为研究急性脑缺血后细胞代谢、神经递质变化提供了一个无创性、直接性、综合性的研究工具。
Objective To study the chronological and spatial rulesofGABAchangesinfocalcerebral ischemia with magnetic resonance proton spectrum.Methods 14 healthy SD rats was divided into three groups randomly: Group A (4 rats), occluded with self thrombus for 1 h; Group B (5 rats),occludedwiththread emboli for 1 h; Group C (5 rats), the normal control. Examine the 1H MRS in 30, 40, 50, 60 min respectively, study the changes of GABA in the regions of interest in partly fixed quantity.Results Set the spectrum intregral calculus area ratio of GABA to Pcr+Cr as the criterion,the values of the metaboliteraised first,then declined gradually within 1 h after ischemia. Especially, the ratio of GABA/(Pcr+Cr) at 50 min has significant difference than that at 40 min (P<0 05).Conclusions Magnetic resonance proton spectrum study is a good research mean, which is straightforward, comprehensive and non invasive for the study of cellular metabolism and the neuron transmitter in acute ischemia stroke.
