复方柴胡汤提取分离的研究

Studies on Preparation Techniques of Compound Caihutang

采用正交设计 ,以柴胡皂苷A ,芍药苷 ,橙皮苷 ,甘草酸四种指标成分为指标 ,考察了药材粒度、加水量、提取时间等工艺条件 ,并对醇沉、超滤及大孔树脂吸附三种分离精制方法进行了成分及药效学比较 。

The extraction conditions of Co.Cahutang,granularity of medical raw material, amount of water and extraction time,were optimized by orthogonal design method with content determination of saikosaponin A,paeoniforin,hesperidin and glycyrrhizic acid.The purification conditions were screened to be absorption resin by contents of main chemical compounds and pharmacological tests.
