摘要
探讨七宝美髯丹对老龄鼠前额皮质、海马CA1 区神经元超微结构和突触界面结构参数的影响 ,与老年组比较 ,七宝美髯丹组神经元脂褐素含量减少 ,细胞膜及线粒体结构清晰。老年对照组粗面内质网脱颗粒 ,胞浆聚集 ,脂褐素电子密度增大 ,核糖体与粗面内质网减少 ,神经元与线粒体平均密度降低 ,线粒体平均体积明显增加且肿胀 ,而且空泡化。海马CA1 区突触后膜致密物质 (PSD) ,活性区长度与突触界面曲率显著增大 。
To explore the effect of Qibaomeirandan on the ultrastructure changes of preforntal cortex and Synapse interface Configuration in hippocampus CA 1 area in aged mice,we used electron microscopy observing structural changes in hippocampus CA\-1 area.The content of lipofuscin in the neurons region of the experiment group was reduced as compared with that of the aged group.The structure,such as membrane,ridges,of the mitochondrion was clearly seen in hippocampus neuron in Qibaomeirandan group.The average density of neurons in the forehead cortex and CA\-1 hippocampus area showed shrinkage with the aging.So were the number of ribosomes and rough endoplasmic reticulum.The mitochondrion average volume showed some increase with aging.Postsynaptic density,active zones,curvature of synaptic interface,showed some increase and the synaptic cleft width showed some decrease with aging.
