防感片对小鼠脾细胞分泌IL-2影响的实验研究

Effect of Fanggan tablest on Splenocyte Secreting IL-2

观察防感片对免疫抑制小鼠脾脏胞细分泌IL 2 ,以及协同CONA刺激光器正常小鼠脾细胞分泌IL 2的影响 ,研究防感片的细胞免疫增强作用。体内实验用BALB c小鼠。防感 1组 ,防感 3组给予防感片含生药 16g kg d ;防感 2组给予 8g kg d ;连续灌胃 35d。第 2 9d起 ,各组小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺 10mg kg d ;连续 7d。第 35d处死小鼠取脾细胞。用依赖细胞株法测定IL 2的活性。防感片能增强小鼠脾细胞分泌IL 2 。

To investigate the cellular immunity of Fanggan Tablets(FGT),we studied FCT acting on spleen of immunodepression mice and normal mice,IL 2.The experiments with Balb/c mice,F1G and F3G were treated with FCT(16g/kg/d),F2G treated with FGT(8g/kg/d).Each group was orally administrated successively for 35 days.From the 29th day,in F1G,F2G and the positive control group,CTX was injected (10mg/kg/d)in the abdominal cavity of the mice.On the 35th day,all mice were killed and their spleens were taken out.In vivo and vitro experiments,FGT could promote the secretion of IL\|2 of the splenocyte of the mice.It suggested FGT increase the cellular immunity of the mice.
