摘要
目的:探讨乌司他丁对急性重症胰腺炎患者的胰腺、肝脏及肾脏功能的保护作用。方法:观察应用乌司他丁或抑肽酶治疗前后患者血、尿淀粉酶(AMY)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(SB)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)及细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化。结果:经乌司他丁治疗后,患者血AMY、ALT、AST、SB、Cr、BUN及TNF-α、NO均明显下降,且恢复早于抑肽酶治疗组。结论:乌司他丁对急性重症胰腺炎患者的胰腺、肝脏及肾脏功能的有保护作用,其机制可能与抑制机体合成,TNF-α、NO有关。
Aim: To study the protective effect of ulinastatin on pancreases, livers and kidneys of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Method: Observe the levels of blood amylase, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total biliru-bin, creatinine, blood uria nitrogen, tumor necrosis factor - a, nitrogen monoxide before and after the using of ulinastatin and trasylol. Result:After the using of ulinastatin, the patients'levels of AMY, ALT, AST, SB, Cr, BUN, TNF - a, No were descendent obviously. And the effects were better than the controls. Conclusion: The protective effects of ulinastatin on pancreases, livers and kidneys of patients with, severe acute pancreatitis were certain. The mechanism was probably related to the inhibination of TNF - a and NO synthesis.
