摘要
螺杆泵采油技术在油田生产中的应用规模不断扩大 ,其低泵效现象已严重影响埕岛油田的原油生产 ,研究发现气体影响是造成螺杆泵低泵效的主要原因。通过对地下流体脱气情况的研究 ,并对螺杆泵气锚进行了研究 ,论证了气锚对螺杆泵采油的影响 ,完善了螺杆泵的油井管柱 ,充分发挥了气锚的作用 ,有效地提高了螺杆泵井的泵效 ,取得较好的效果。
Screw pump is used widely in oilfield production.But its low pump efficiency has seriously affected the crude production.Through research,the reasons of low screw pump efficiency are found that are the gas in formation.By perfecting oil production technology and calling gas anchor into play,pump efficiency of screw pumps is improved effectively and good result is obtained.
