摘要
针对中原油田受盐层“塑性流动”和高地应力诸多因素影响造成套管损坏十分严重的事实 ,开发研制了TP130TT高抗挤套管。测试表明 ,该套管抗外挤强度应大于许用抗外挤强度 16 7MPa ,现场应用2 45口井 ,未发现任何套变等套管质量问题 。
In consideration of the fact that serious casing failures caused by the factors of plastic flowing of salt bed and high in situ stress occurred in Zhongyuan Oilfield,TP130TT heavy collapsing resistant casing is developed. The test result shows that the external collapse resistance of the casing is higher than the allowed 167MPa of collapse resistance, field application is made on 245 wells, better well operating performance is achieved without any casing deformation problems.
