摘要
从锦州 93油田储层特点出发 ,合成了既能抑制粘土膨胀又能控制微粒运移的粘土稳定剂HES。通过对HES与其他粘土稳定剂的效果比较、HES最佳使用浓度及对岩心渗透率的影响进行的室内评价 ,推荐HES的最佳使用浓度为 3 5 %~ 5 0 %。使用HES对W42注水井进行了 2次防膨处理 ,间隔周期约 4个月 ,处理后注水情况较正常 。
Based on the reservoir characteristics of Jinzhou 9-3 Oilfield, clay stabilizer HES is synthesized, which could be used to inhibit clay swelling and control fine particle migration as well. Through contrast of HES application result with that of the other stabijiaer, laboratory evaluation of the effect and optimum concentration of the HES and core permeability is made and the optimum concentration of 3.5%~5.0% is recommended. Two swelling prevention treatments on W4-2 injection well are made with 4 months interval cycle. The operation of water injection is normal and the expected effect of swell prevention is achieved after treatment.
