摘要 与传统的蒸汽裂解技术相比 ,液体原料的催化裂解技术具有裂解温度低、烯烃收率高和产物分布灵活性高等优点 ,以催化裂解代替蒸汽裂解制乙烯一直是人们追求的目标。本文综述了催化裂解制烯烃技术的进展情况 ,介绍了目前主要研究的催化剂类型和有代表性的研究成果 ,并指出催化裂解制烯烃技术具有很好的开发前景。 Compared with conventional steam cracking,the technology of liquid feed catalytic cracking raises olefin yields while operating at lower temperatures,and expands the flexibility of products distribution.To substitute catalytic cracking for steam cracking has been the aim that people strive to reach.Recent development in catalytic cracking is reviewed in this paper.Various types of catalysts that are studied at present are introduced.Notable processes developed by Toyo Engineering,Asahi Chemical,Japan's National Inst.of Materials & Chemical Research and Japan Chemical Industry Association and the All-Union Institute for Organic Synthesis in Russia are reviewed.Owing to shortage in supply and inferior quality of China's crude,the development of catalytic cracking technology is crucial to China.Heavy Oil Contact Cracking Process(HCC)and Catalytic Pyrolytic Process(CPP)developed respectively by Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company and The Research Institute of Petroleum Processing are introduced with emphasis.
