摘要 采出污水中的残余聚合物造成沉降罐出口悬浮物和含油超标、滤料严重板结、脱出水水体粘度由过去的0.5mPa.s上升到2mPa.s,采用单一的水驱污水净水剂很难达到污水沉降指标要求。为此开展了破稳剂配方筛选,现场应用后聚合物降解率74.1%,降低率66.7%,沉降罐出口水质含油、悬浮物两项指标均达到了水质标准要求。 The residual polymers in produced water can result in contents of suspended solid and oil exceeding stan-dards,filtering medium seriously hardening and viscosity of water after dehydration going up from original0.5mPa.s to2mPa.s.Single clarifier designed for sewage from waterflooding operation cannot meet sewage settle-ment indexes.Destabilizing agent formula was optimized.Field application of the new formula achieved a degraded rate of74.1%and a reduced rate of66.7%and the con-tents of both suspended solid and oil in water from theⅢMay2002Henan Petroleum outlet of settlement tank met the water quality standards.
