瘀血痹胶囊治疗瘀血痹阻型风湿病的临床观察

AN CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF YUXUEBI CAPSULE FOR RHEUMATISM OF TYPE OF ACCUMULATION OF BLOOD STASIS SYNDROMES

为进一步了解瘀血痹胶囊治疗风湿病的临床效果 ,将中医辨证属于瘀血痹阻型的 383例风湿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组 ,用正清风痛宁片为对照药 ,进行临床观察。结果两组总疗效比较 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,有非常显著性差异 ,说明试验组疗效优于对照组。症状疗效两组间比较 ,在改善关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛及关节功能障碍等方面有显著或非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1～ 0 .0 5 ) ;但在改善关节晨僵方面 ,两组间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。不同疾病的疗效两组间比较 ,对于类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎和膝关节骨性关节炎有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1～ 0 .0 5 ) ;对于痛风则无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。说明瘀血痹胶囊和对照药治疗风湿病均有显著疗效 。

In order to observe the clinical effects of Yuxuebi capsule for rheumatism, 383 cases of rheumatism belonging to the type of accumulation of blood stasis syndromes were divided into experimental group treated by Yuxuebi capsule and the control treated by Zhengqing Fengtong Ning. The results showed that there was significant difference(P<0.01) in comparing the total effective rates of the two groups. There was significant difference and obviously significant difference in relieving ache, swelling, tenderness and dysfunction of joint (P<0.01～0.05). There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in improving and morning paralysis. For rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and bony arthritis of knee joint, there was significant difference in theraputie effects of the two groups(P<0.001～0.05). there was no significant difference in theraputic effects of the two groups for grout(P>0.05). It was suggested that Yuxuebi capsule and Zhengqing Fengtong Ning had significant effect to rheumatism of type accumulation of blood stasis syndromes, however Yuxuebi capsule is superior to Zhengqing Fengtong Ning in some aspect.
