车削系统对切削稳定性的主导环节分析

摘要 对车床进行动态特性试验研究时,工件的装夹条件是一个容易被忽视的问题.本文结合对C616普通车床切削稳定性的试验分析,指出车床结构的动态性能主要取决于主轴——工件系统的动态性能,车床结构对切削稳定性影响的主导环节是主轴——工件系统,工件的装夹条件对车床切削的稳定性有较大的影响.文中的论点对提高车床切削稳定性的试验研究具有一定的指导意义. Working at an experimental investigation, people usually ignore the conditions of fixing workpiece. Contracted with the test and analysis for the C616 type genearal lathe, the paper points out that the dynamic characteristics of lathe structures depends mostly on the system of spindle and workpiece, the main foctor of affecting the dynamic stability of turning is the system of spindle and workpiece in lathe structure, and the fixing condition of workpiece has a greater effect on cutting stability. The arguments of this paper have certain guiding significance in experimented investigation for the improvement of cutting stability ia lathe structures.
