摘要 本文对开孔率为0.725和0.806的两只内压三通试件进行了应力和极限压力测试,得到了弹性应力分布曲线,并将开孔削弱系数实测值与三种应用于开孔补强计算的削弱系数计算值进行了比较.同时,利用SAP5程序对两试件做了有限元计算,其计算结果与实验测定结果吻合良好.本文研究结果为大开孔补强设计提供了参考依据. In this paper the stress and limit pressure of cylinder to cylinder intersections are measured under internal pressure. Their diameter ratios of branch and shells are 0.725 and 0.806 respectively. The curves of elastic stress distribution are obtained from the experiment. The experimental values of opening efficient factors are compared with three kinds of calculative values applied to the reinforcement method of openings. The finite element calculation of two samples are carried out with the SAP5 programme also. The results of calculation agree with the experiment well. The study results of this paper are going to be a reference basis of reinforcement design of large openings on vessels.
