摘要
本文研究了钪-5-Br-PADAP-Triton X-100显色体系的光度特性,并确定了钪测定的最佳条件.用单双波长法测定时,钪浓度均在0—11μg/10ml范围内遵循比尔定律,其表现摩尔吸光系数分别为5.9×10~4和7.5×10~4.Triton X-100的加入未能增敏,但能增溶,并显著提高了体系的选择性.从而建立了在水相中测定钪的新方法.用于镁基合成试样中钪的测定,结果满意.
The photometric properties of chromogenic system of scandium-5-Br-PADAP-triton X-100 were studied. The optimum condition for determining scandium havebeen found. The system obeys Beer's law in the range of 0-11 μg/10ml by both single-and dualwavelength methods and their apparent molar absorptivities are 5.9×104 and 7.5×104 1·mol-1·cm-1 respectively. Adding Triton X-100 has no sensitization, but has solubilization and obviously increases selectivity of the system. A new method for determining scandium in water phase is proposed and is applied to the determination of scandium in synthetic sample of magnesium base with satisfactory results.
