摘要
本文研究了Al-Zn合金的成分、组织以及使用温度对阻尼性能的影响.研究中发现合金的成分、热处理方式对组织具有很大的影响,当合金呈粒状组织时,具有较好的阻尼性能.同时,Al-Zn合金具有较高的高温阻尼性能,并在245℃时达到阻尼的最大值,文中提出了解释该现象的模型.
This paper studies the influence of the Al-Zn alloy's composition, microst-ructure and the operating temperature on it's damping performance. It is found that the component and heat treatment have great influence on the microstruc-ture of Al-Zn alloy. When the microstructure is in grains, the alloy has large damping performance. It is also found that Al-Zn alloy has better damping at high temperature, and the maximum damping appears at 245℃. The model to explain this phenomenon is put forward.
