The development on the investigation of the pharmacological applications of ISS\|DNA were reviewed. ISS\|DNA show promise as Th1\|promoting adjuvants and immunotherapeutic agents in treatment of cancers, infection, hematopoietic damage, immunosuppression, and asthma.\;
