摘要
通过点样量、展开体系、洗脱体系的确定,解决了利用纸层析法定量测定海藻糖误差大、重现性差的问题,从而建立了以纸层析分离洗脱法定量测定海藻糖的方法。结果表明,此法定量测定海藻糖简单易行,可作为海藻糖分析测定的常规手段。
The accuracy and recovery of the trehalose determination with paper chromatography method were improved by means of the definition of the sample dose,the developer and the eluent.The quantitative method for detecting trehalose with paper chromatography-mottle elution method were defined.The results showed that this method was simple and was suggested to be a coventional method for detecting trehalose.
