摘要 概述G蛋白的结构、种类、转导信息的机制。 Signals transduction has important effects in total information network of cell, but the pathways of transduction are more complicated and involve many factors, therefore the advance of signals transduction is very slow.Along with the discoverment of G protein,especially the thorough and extensive studys of G protein, have important significances to the study of signals transduction. This article summariezs structure, type, mechanism and important effects of G proteins, as well the emphasis researched in future.
