摘要
对金樱子多糖的分离纯化方法作了探讨 ,筛选出了较佳的工艺条件 ,通过紫外分光光度法 ,红外光谱以及气相色谱法分别对金樱子多糖纯品LP2 的纯度、分子构型、单糖组成进行了分析 ;并通过了DEAE—纤维素 (氯型 )
The paper introduced the study and observation of the way in separating and purifying the polysaccharide in Rosa laevigata michx,by which some better conditions for procedures were selected.Through successive procedures of ultraviolet spectrophotometry,infrared spectrum and gas chromatogrphy,the purity of LP 2 polysaccharide product,its molecular structure and its simple sugar components were respectively analysed,and by DEAE-cellulose column chromatography,glucosan was produced.
