天然维生素E异构体中α生育酚的气相色谱分析

Determination of α-tocopherol from natural vitamin E by gas chromatography

本文报道了气相色谱法测定天然VE中α生育酚的含量。以三甲基对苯二酚为标样 ,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为内标物 ,5 %SE— 3 0色谱柱 ,RSD为 1 1%～ 1 3 % (n =5 )。回收率为 94 6%～ 96 2 %。

A new method to determine the content of α-tocopherol from natural VE by gas chromatography(GC)was studied in the paper.The conditions of GC such as 5%SE-30 packed column,FID detector,DMP as internal standard and TMHQ as standard sample were used.The recoveries rang from 94.6% to 96.2% with relative standard deviations from 1.1% to 1.3%(n=5).
