不同地区东方田鼠染色体数及带型比较

Analysis of Chromosome Number and Chromosome Bands of Microtus Fortis from Different Regions in China

目的 比较不同地区东方田鼠的染色体及核型。方法 对不同地区东方田鼠的染色体片用姬姆萨染色法进行分析。结果 湖南洞庭湖田鼠的核型为 2n =5 2 =14 (m .sm) +36 (st.t) +xy(m .t) ;宁夏地区田鼠核型为2n =5 2 =16 (m .sm) +34(st.t) +xy(m .t) ;东北田鼠染色体核型为 2n =4 2 =18(m .sm) +2 2 (st.t) +xy(t.t)。结论 东北田鼠染色体数目不同于湖南和宁夏两地 。

Objective To analyze chromosome number and chromosome bands of Microtus fortis from different regions in China.Methods Giemsa stain was used to analyze chromosome number and chromosome bands of \%Microtus fortis\% from different regions in China.Results The chromosome bands of field voles from Dongtinghu region, Ningxia region, Dongbei region were 2n=52=14(m.sm)+36(st.t)+xy(m.t);2n=52=16(m.sm)+34(st.t)+xy(m.t); 2n=42=18(m.sm)+22(st.t)+xy(t.t) respectively.Conclusion The chromosome number of field voles from Dongbei region was different from field voles from the two other regions; and the chromosome bands of the field voles from three regions were different from one another, too.
