Study on Breeding of Rabbits for Pyrogen Test

目的 提高热原试验用兔的测温中选率。方法 以体温性能优良稳定的实验家兔为亲本进行初始代交配 ,再从仔一代中选取理想的种兔。结果与结论 经过长达五年的体温选择和科学繁育 ,其繁殖性能与体温中选率明显优于以往的传统方法。平均产仔数为 8 3～ 8 9只 ,育成率 85 0 %～ 88 5 % ,测温中选率 1(38 0℃ -39 5℃ ) 78 9%～ 83 1% ,中选率 2 (38 5℃ - 39 0℃ ) 6 0 0 %～ 6 1 5 %。

Objective To breed high rate of qualified rabbits for pyrogen test. Methods\ The rabbits with stable body temperatures served as the parents for copulation and selection of those offsprings which also had stable temperatures for the next round.Results and Conclusion\ 5 years of breeding showed that the average production was 8 3-8 9 per couple, the grown\|up rate 85 0%-88 5%, the rate of qualified rabbits 78 9%-83 1%(38 0℃-39 5℃)and 60 0%-61 5%( 38 5 ℃-39 0℃).
