Present Study Condition of the Methodology on CRF Animal Model

目前慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)在许多动物如猪、豚鼠、兔、猫、羊、狗、大鼠、小鼠等已诱导成功 ,所用的方法有外科手术、冷冻、电凝、结扎、药物、免疫等 ,每种方法都有自己的长处与不足。选择适当的建模方法有助于更好地进行CRF的实验和临床研究。故本文对有关建立CRF动物模型的原理、方法及特点作一综述 。

At recent years, chronic renal failure(CRF) animal model has been successfully induced in many animals such as swine, guinea pig, rabbit, cat, sheep, dog, rat, mouse, \%etc\%.Used methods include surgery, freezing, electric coagulation, ligation, drug, immunity and so on.Every method has its advantages and disadvantages.Using reasonable models may make it better to carry on the study on the laboratory and clinic of CRF.So the article reviews the principle, method, character of CRF animal models, which are expected to provide some reference to the therapy and study of CRF.
