在豫北平原灌溉麦区,适时浇灌灌浆水对提高强筋小麦产量和品质都是重要的,最适灌浆水时期是小麦扬花后10~13d。此时灌溉比不浇灌浆水增产10.3%,比灌浆水晚浇(扬花后20d)增产4.6%。后期灌水对强筋小麦品质的影响没有明显的规律。后期不灌水时蛋白质含量最高,但湿面筋含量下降;后期灌水处理面团稳定时间均高于不灌水。湿面筋含量和面团稳定时间与强筋小麦产量呈正相关。
In the plain irrigation region of the north of Henna, irrigation timely is great important for the strong gluten flour wheat to improve the yield and quality. The best irrigation date is about 10-13 days after anthesis. Irrigation in this period will increase by 10. 3% than no irrigation, and increase by 4. 6% than irrigation 20 days after anthesis. On the hand of quality, there is no obvious rule to be given. When not irrigation in this stage, the protein content of grain is the highest, but the yield and the content of wet gluten will drop down. When irrigation, the yield increases, but the stable time of dough will become long. There is a positive correlativity of the content of wet gluten and stable time of dough to the yield.
