摘要
在缺失甘氨酸、烟酸、VB_1、VB_6、肌醇的MS培养基中,利用蛭石、蛭石+珍珠岩(蛭石:珍珠岩分别为2:1、1:1和1:2)、珍珠岩、河沙、土壤七种无机基质代替琼脂组培快繁甘薯脱毒苗的试验。其中以“蛭石:珍珠岩=1:1”为最佳,降低了脱毒甘薯试管苗的生产成本。
Expeviments hve been made on the MS medium without glycine, nicotinicacid., VBi ,VB6 and inosi-tol. and wih vermiculitei vermiculite:pearlite(2: 1)> vermiculite:pearlite(1:1) ,vermiculite: pearlite (1 : 2). pearlite, sand and .soil seven kinds of non-organic medium instead of agar.
