摘要 综述了植物组织培养技术的发展历史过程,概述了植物组织培养的特点和优势,详述了组织培养技术在园艺生产上的应用及巨大的潜在作用,指明了组织培养技术的发展趋势和前景。 Based on the newly-published data and world-wide information on plant tissue culture.this article firstly presents a broad review of the history and development of tissue culture technology in horticulture, then evaluates the characteristics and advantages of plant tissue and its application in horticultural production,and finally,points out the development trend and prospects of plant tissue culture in horticulture.
