摘要
两种野生百合在Ms单纯添加2.0mg/L6BA或Ms+6BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L下,诱导形成大量健壮试管苗,试管苗在7～10d内可诱导生根,移栽成活率为40％。
During two wild Lily were cultivated in MS-solution,the plenty healthy tube plants were produced by the treatment of Ms+6BA2. Omg/L or Ms + 6BA2. Omg/L + NAAO. 5mg/L. The rube plants could produce many noots in 7-10days. The living rate of the tube plants transplanted was 40%.
