香果树苗木湿腐病的研究

On Wet Rot Disease Occurring on nursery Stock of Emmenopterys henryi Oliv

近年来黄山、天目山一带发生1种新的香果树苗木湿腐病。经病原物分离、培养及接种试验证明,该病由立枯丝核菌第4融合群、腐霉菌、尖孢镰刀菌及禾谷镰刀菌侵染所致。主要表现湿腐型和立枯型症状。病害从5月上中旬开始发生,梅雨季(6月)发生盛期,7～8月后渐止。病害流行与圃地前作、梅雨及育苗措施关系密切。防治上以严格实施育苗技术措施为主。

In recent years, wet rot disease has attacked nursery stock of Emmenopterys henryi Oliv. at Mt. Huangshan and Mt. Tianmu. The isolation, culture and inoculation of the causative agent proved that this disease resulted from infection of Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn AG-4. ,Pythum sp., Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht. and Fusarium graminearum Schwabe. and mainly had the symptoms of the wet rot disease and Rhizoctonia disease. This disease started to occur during the first ten-days and second ten-days of May, reached its summit in June and gradually disappeared after July and August. The epidemic of the disease had much to do with plum rains, and seedling techniques etc. Therefore, the seedling techniques could be regarded as the dominant factors to control this disease.
