The development of the network influences not only the construction of information resource but also the pattern of information service deeply. With the progress of electonic literature service, the long-distance literature information can be used by the users quickly, which is the means of improving the level of information service, and is also the forward direction of seeking for sharing of literature information resource in college libraries.
