摘要 建立了离子色谱分析测定尿样中草酸根的方法 .该方法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、简捷等优点 .草酸根在流速为 1 .5ml/min,浓度为 1mmol/L的Na2 CO3溶液淋洗液中通过DionexAS4A SC分离柱后得到很好的检测 ,检测限为 0 .0 0 3 μg/ml,峰高、峰面积的变异系数分别为 0 .1 5 %和 0 .91 % .线性范围在 2~ 1 0 0μg/ml,峰面积的线性回归系数为 0 .9996,回收率为 1 0 2 .0 %左右 . An ion chromatography system for the determination of oxalate in urine was described. Oxalate is separated by Ionpac AS\-4SC column with eluent 1 mmol/L Na\-2CO\-3 at flow of 1.5 ml/min. The detection limit was 0.003 μg/ml(S/N=3.0) and The correlation coefficient of oxalate is 0.9996. The relative standard deviation are 0.15% for retention time and 0.91%for area, Common inorganic ion and organic acids did not interfere. The recovery was 102.0% for area. The method was simple, rapid, reliable and inexpensive.
