摘要
报导了用国内自行研制的InGaN/GaN蓝光发光二极管 (LED)与钇铝石榴石(YAG)荧光粉结合而得的白光发光二极管 (W LED)。在室温 ,正向电压 3 5V ,正向电流2 0mA时 ,W LED轴向亮度为 1cd,CIE色坐标为 (0 3 1 ,0 3 8) ,接近纯白色 (0 3 3 ,0 3 3 )。
It is reported that the white light emitting diodes are fabricated by combining InGaN/GaN blue LED and YAG fluorescence. At forward voltage V f=3.5V, forward current I f=20mA, and room temperature, the luminous intensity of the white LED is 1cd, and the chromaticity coordinate of CIE (x,y) (0.31, 0.38), which is near to the pure white (0.33,0.33).
