摘要
本研究以性能优良的大肠杆菌作为敏感材料 ,采用聚乙烯醇包埋方法获得了测量范围广、稳定性好、灵敏度高的BOD微生物传感器。实验结果表明 ,传感器在温度30℃、pH为 7 0条件下 ,对GGA标准溶液的线性响应范围为 0~ 5 0 0mg/L ,其线性相关系数达到 0 99以上 ,响应时间在 12min内。测定结果与标准法测定值具有良好的相关性 ,连续稳定工作寿命在
A Escherichia coli immobilized by PVA, is employed for the sensitive material BOD sensor. The sensor has a wide measurement range, fine stability, high sensitivity has been developed. A linear range of the sensor is obtained that is upto 500mg/L BOD using a glucose/glutamic acid standard at 30℃, pH7.0. Its linear coefficient correlation is more than 0.99, and the response time is in 12min. The output of the sensor is constant for over 6 months,and it is well interrelated to what determined by using conventio nal BOD 5 analysis method.
