摘要
比较分析了粘胶纤维生产过程中废气的治理技术冷凝回收法、活性炭吸附法、燃烧法及生物法各自的特点及其适用性 ,提出了适合于粘胶纤维生产过程中不同废气排放源及不同浓度的CS2 、H2 S应采用的废气治理技术。
There are four waste-gas treatment methods elabrated in the thesis for the production of viscose fibre. They are condensating recovery method, active-charcoal absorption method, combustion method and biological treatment method. The individual charateristics and suitability of the four treatment methods are compared and analyzed. The waste-gas treatment technology of different waste-gas discharge source and different concentration CS 2 and H 2S is given in order to have the economical and effective treatment results. It is also pointed out that it should be very important to carry on cleaning process in the production of viscose fibre.
