摘要 历时3a对吊丝单笋体的理化性质、食性加工条件、产量特性、适应性、笋体营养成份与出笋阶段、笋龄、笋体部位及贮藏时间之间的关系等方面做了较为系统的分析研究。通过对笋体经济性状的综合评价和适生区域分析,得出结论:吊丝单是我国中南亚热带地区极为优良的夏秋笋用竹,可在冬季极端低温T_(min)>5℃或1月份平均气温(?)_1月=4℃等温线以南的地区发展栽植。 Through three-year-long field measurement and chemical analysis, the studies have been made on the bamboo shoot of Bambusa vario-striata as follows: physical chemical properties, food property processing conditions, yield characteristics, adaptability and the relationship of nutritional compositions of bamboo shoot with the periods of shoot to come out soil, growth course, position of bamboo shoot and refrigeration time. By way of evaluating synthetically the economical characteristics of bamboo shoot and analyzing the suitable region of bamboo, the conclusions are given Bambusa vario-striata is the best species to produce bamboo shoot in summer and autumn in the middle and south subtropical area of our county, and it may be developed vigorously in the region where the lowest temperature in winter is beyond -5℃.
