摘要
城市生活垃圾 3种处理技术各有利弊。涉及到具体情况时 ,面临的将是一个复杂困难的选择工作。通过对垃圾处理三大技术的综合分析 ,建立一个相对完整的指标体系 ,然后用模糊数学的方法 ,对指标体系进行量化、归一化、综合评价 ,最后得到一个通用的评价模型。选择采用 3大类评价因子 :第1类经济评价因子 ,第 2类环境评价因子 ,第 3类其他评价因子等 ,建立了二级模糊综合评判模型。以拟建的某垃圾场为实例 ,应用模糊评价模型进行评价 ,得到了堆肥为最适合的处理方法的结论。
Three disposal technologies have their own advantages, and meanwhile disadvantages. Facing a special case, it is difficult to choose a proper one. By integrated analysis to three main technologies, a relatively integrated index system is established. Then by means of fuzzy mathematics (quantify and synthetically analyze the index system, make it unitary) ,a final general assessing model is founded. Finally, the paper takes a planning MSW(municipal solid waste) plant as an example, uses a two-level fuzzy assessment model with three groups of assessing factors,which include economical, environmeutal and the other factors, and concludes that composting is the most appropriate choice.
