水溶性蛋白质、二肽和氨基酸的表面增强拉曼散射光谱。在实验条件下银胶溶液,脂类氨基酸,芳香族氨基酸,酪氨酸,脂类氨基酸等的光谱进行对比,发现氨基酸,肽,蛋白质在银表面吸附散射时,截面的拉曼散射增强。

This article discusses the surface enhancement L-M scatter spectrum of aqueous protein,two peptide and amino acid.Comparing the spectrums of silver glue sotution,fatty amino acid,fragrant amino acid,tyrosine in the experimental condition,we discovered that the sectional L-M scatter had strengthened when amino acid,肽 and protein were adsorbing scatter in the silvev surface.
