摘要
本文用PFS对含SiO_2 2%的聚硅酸作了改性研究。当地Fe/Si mol比小于2时,合成的PFSS溶胶体系稳定性有所增强。用Fe/Si mol比为1.5的PFSS絮凝处理受工业排水污染的含COD_(cr) 92mg/L、SS 36mg/L、色度48倍、pH为6.5的混合污水,投量按Fe_2O_3计16mg/L时,絮凝30min后去污率大于90%,COD_(cr)去除率达89%,比PES节省Fe_2O_3投量约三分之一。显示出良好的电性和架桥的双重功效。是一种值得继续开发研究的新型复合无机絮凝剂。
The PFS is used to improve the polysilicic adcid in this paper.The results from laboratory studies indicate that the improved PFSS (Fe/Si mol ratio<2)is more stable than PFS. When 16 mg/l(contained Fe2O3)PFSS (Fe/Si mol ratio=1.5)is used to treat the polluted drainwater which is pH=6.5, CODcr=92mg/l, ss=36mg/l, colority=times, the de-pollutant ratio is over 90% , and the removal ratio of CODcr is o ver 89%, and the costs of PFSS (Fe/Si mol ratio=1.5)are only two third of PFS (contained Fe2O3). The experiment results show that the PFSS has good properties of water treatment, and it should paid attention to fur-ther exploit.
