This paper describes evaluation taking colleges and universities about evaluation opinion of teaching experiment as guide in face of 21th century and it on importance and guide action of chemical laboratory manageement. Some ideas on laboratory management, instrument equipment, experiment teaching, computer network and so on are discussed. It will be help to improving the level of laboratory management, service and the efficient of laboratory run.
