摘要
根据国内外经验,试验了国内现有的啤酒泡沫添加剂,在不影响啤酒其他质量指标的前提下,获得一至数种适用面广、效果显著的啤酒泡沫稳定剂.
Some available domestic beer foam additive have been tested with the help of some experience in other countries. several kinds of useful effective beer foam stabilization have been produced which will cause no negative effesct on otherquelity index to beer.
