On the Training of Devoted Spirit of the Students in Higher Normal Education

高度的敬业精神既是教师健康的心理素质 ,又是教师崇高的职业道德。培养高师生的敬业精神既是新世纪基础教育改革的客观需要 ,也是高师生自身专业成长的内在需要。高师教育要从学生实际出发 ,帮助高师生树立教师职业的尊严感 ,通过亲近教育实践 ,体验教育快乐 ,走近名师 ,陶冶教师人格等多种途径 ,培养高师生的敬业精神。

Devoted spirit is an indicator of a teacher's mental health as well as his high professional morals. The training of devoted spirit is not only the objective need of the basic education reform in the new century, but also the inner need of the students'professional training. Proceeding from the reality of the students, higher normal education should help students set up the dignity of being a teacher and develop devoted spirit through establishing intimacy with teaching activities, enjoying the happiness of teaching and keeping in close contact with famous teachers.
