乙型肝炎病毒S基因变异研究的新进展
New progress of HBV S gene mutations and their siginificance
摘要
预防和控制HBV感染是全球性的、迫切需要解决的难题.由于多样性HBV变异株的存在大大增加了解决这一难题的复杂性.随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,人们对HBV变异多样性的认识逐步深入,尤其是S基因变异的研究倍受重视.本文就S基因变异及其医学意义的研究新进展作一简要综述.
