银荆种子催芽试验简报

Preliminary Regorton Pregermination of Acadia dealbata Link Seed

对银荆种子催芽,进行了沸水浸种、浓硫酸浸种、砂搓种皮等9种处理方法试验。结果表明:用凉水浸种发芽率极低,9%;沸水浸种15秒钟发芽率最高,达88.5%;但当沸水浸种时间延长到5分钟时,发芽率又降到59%。

We engaged in experiment of boiling water treatment, concentrated sulphuricacid treatment and rubbing seed skin with sand upon pregermination of Acacia delbata LinkSeed. Result showed: bud rate was very low with cold water treatment and it was 9%; budrate was highest with boiling water treatment for 15 seconds and it was 88.5%; but bud ratedropped to 59% as the time of boiling water treatment was prolonged to 5 minutes.
