HPLC Determination of Content of Baicalin in Daiqin Phlegm-resolving Pill

目的 建立HPLC测定黛芩化痰丸中黄芩苷的方法 ,作为该制剂的质控标准。方法 KromasilC18色谱柱 ,甲醇∶水∶磷酸 (45∶5 5∶0 .3)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 80nm ,流速 1.0mL/min ,黄芩苷为对照品。结果 对照品标准曲线在 0 .0 4 98～0 .6 2 2 5mg/mL范围内线性良好 ,r =0 .9999,加样回收率为 99.3%～ 10 4 .1% ,回收率、精密度和重现性实验的RSD分别为 1.71%、1.2 0 %和 1.15 %。结论 本法用于测定黛芩化痰丸中的黄芩苷 ,方法简便 ,结果准确 ,重现性好。

OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC determination method for the content of baicalin in Daiqin Phlegm-resolving Pill as the quality control standard for this preparation.METHOD Kromasil C 18 chromatography column was used with methanol:water∶phosphoric acid (45∶55∶0.3) as the mobile phase, determination wavelength at 280 nm, flow rate at 1.0 mL/min, and baicalin as the control. RESULT The standard curve of the control was within 0.049 8 ～0.622 5 mg/mL with good linearity, r =0.999 9 and the recovery rate being 99.3% ～104.1%. The recovery rate, accuracy and repeatability of the experimental RSD were 1.71%, 1.20% and 1.15% respectively. CONCLUSION This method of determination is simple and accurate with good repeatbility.
