艾灸对宫颈癌放疗患者血象影响的观察

Effect of Moxibustion on Hemogram of Cervix Carcinoma Patients under Chemotherapy

目的 探讨艾灸减轻放疗对宫颈癌患者血液系统损伤的作用。方法 6 1例宫颈癌患者分为艾灸治疗组、对照组 ,观察艾灸对宫颈癌放疗患者血象的影响。结果 艾灸能提高宫颈癌放疗患者的红细胞 (P <0 .0 5 )、血色素 (P <0 .0 1)及血小板数 ,减轻放疗对白细胞的损害 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 艾灸具有抗放疗对宫颈癌 (肿瘤 )患者血液系统损害的作用 ,起到抗肿瘤、增强机体免疫功能、有利机体康复的作用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of moxibustion in relieving the damage to the blood system of cervix carcinoma patients under chemotherapy. METHOD 61 patients were divided into a moxibustion group and a control group so as to observe the dynamic changes (in 2 months) of the hemograms of cervix carcinoma patients.RESULT Moxibustion could increase the content of erythrocyte ( P <0.05), hematochrome ( P <0.01) and blood platelet of the cervix carcinoma patients under chemotherapy, and relieve the damage to the leucocytes caused by chemotherapy ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION Moxibustion has the effect of preventing the damage to the blood system of patients with cervix carcinoma under chemotherapy, enhancing the body immunity and promoting body recovery.
